The team's score has been reduced by 25% due to a violation of the Standoff 14 rules. This doesn't affect the prize pool, so the team members will still receive the prize amount based on their place in the leaderboard after the deduction of points.
According to the rules, red team members from Russia and CIS countries were not allowed to take part in Standoff 14 if they had previously participated in the Standoff cyberbattles listed on the timeline. The cyberbattle takes place in a specially designed virtual space called State F, which emulates operational and business processes typical of different sectors: banking, IT, energy, oil and gas, and others.
Real PLCs and SCADA systems
create hyperrealistic settings where participants can level up
Main Standoff players
Red teams (white hat hackers) launch attacks on company systems in the virtual space. They might try to steal bank customer data, hack the traffic light control system, halt the operation of an oil refinery, or something else disruptive.
Teams score points for successful attacks and discovered vulnerabilities. The best teams will compete for the battle championship as well as a cash prize.

Blue teams (seasoned SOC specialists) are tasked with detecting and investigating cyberattacks. When participating in response mode, teams can also repel malicious activity.
Blue teams don't compete against each other or red teams. By facing a barrage of lifelike attacks, they gain unique experience that can be used to enhance the protection of real companies.
